The average depth of 11-2 coal mining roadway in Zhujixi Mine is about 1000 meters. Under the influence of high ground stress and mining induced stress, the deation of surrounding rock of the roadway are seriously damaged, which largely affects the normal mining work in working flour and the safe and high-efficient mining of the mine. Therefore, optimizing the technical parameters of 11-2 coal mining roadway suppor is an important technical topic to Zhujixi Coal Mine. Aiming at the technical problems of surrounding rock stability control of 11502 track roadway in Zhujixi Coal Mine, this paper comprehensively uses theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, industrial test and other research s, and had a filed mearsurement on the surrounding surrounding rock denaturation characteristics of 11501 transport roadway and 11402 track roadway,obtained the main influencing factors of surrounding rock instability failure of flour mining roadway in 11-2 coal mine, such as low strength of surrounding rock body of the roadway, strong influence of mining in this working face, difficulty in giving full play to the bearing capacity of support, lack of rationality in the original anchor net support design, etc. The key technical parameters of bolt cable support are studied by numerical calculation. According to the stress distribution characteristics of bolt cable under different support schemes, the effect of different support schemes on surrounding rock mass of roadway.By doing these projects, proposing the surrounding rock control technical scheme of 11502 track roadway. Industrial tests shows that the surface displacement, bolt stress, anchor cable stress, deep displacement and other mine pressure behaviors of 11502 track roadway are measured on site. And the rationality of the technical scheme is uated and modified After the optimized support scheme is adopted, the deation of surrounding rock of roadway is effectively controlled and has achieved good results on technical economy.
