SignatureSignatureSignatureSignature DateDateDateDate 山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 摘摘要要 小煤柱护巷技术经过不断地发展与完善,己成为矿井提高采区采出率的重要技术途 径之一。煤柱尺寸的留设,由于煤层赋存条件及开采技术条件的变化,各矿区不尽相同, 甚至差别很大。 本文针对金源煤矿1321孤岛工作面的具体情况,分析了影响煤柱屈服区宽度的关键 因素,推导了小煤柱宽度计算公式,利用数值模拟方法,分析了不同煤柱宽度时围岩应 力及巷道变形量的变化,并分析了煤柱开挖前后围岩应力的变化;不同宽度煤柱护巷模 拟结果表明,随着煤柱宽度的逐渐减小,巷道变形量逐渐增大,尤其当煤柱宽度由6m减 小为4m时,巷道变形量急剧变大,说明巷道的稳定性急剧下降。 针对 1321 孤岛工作面小煤柱护巷的特点和需要解决的问题,对沿空巷道围岩应力 进行了分析,提出了具体支护设计方案,并对支护效果进行了模拟。模拟结果表明支 护对巷道整体变形都起到了一定的抑制效果,其中对顶板和煤柱侧帮的支护效果最为明 显。 通过现场工业性试验和矿压观测研究分析得到巷道顶板锚杆及锚索支护参数选择 合理;煤柱锚固体强度偏低,煤柱宽度应适当加大,锚杆支护强度应进一步提高。 关键词关键词小煤柱护巷;屈服区宽度;数值模拟;围岩控制 山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 AbstractAbstractAbstractAbstract Small pillar technology to protect mine roadway becomes one of the important technical ways to enhancement mining area recovery coefficient by unceasingly development and consummation. The pillar dimensions are different, even the difference is very big, because of the differences of coal bed tax saves condition and mining engineering factor. The article in view of the No.1321 isolated island working surface condition of Jinyuan Mine, analyzed the key aspects which influence the width of yield zone, derived the calculation ula of small coal pillar width, analyzed the surrounding rock stress and roadway deation while the width of coal pillar is different by using the numerical simulation , analyzed the change of surrounding rock stress before and after coal pillar excavating. The protecting roadway simulation of different width coal pillar indicated that, roadway deation increased gradually along with the coal pillar width reduced gradually, especially when the coal pillar width reduced from 6m to 4m, the roadway deation increased suddenly, showed the roadway stability drops suddenly. In view of the characteristics of small pillar to protect mine roadway in No.1321 isolated island working surface and the problems needed to solve, the article put forward the concrete support design scheme through analyze the surrounding rock stress, and carried on the simulation to the supporting effect. The simulation result indicated that, the supporting had inhibitory effect to the roadway deation, especially to the roof and the coal pillar side. Through the industrial test and analyzed the mineral pressure observation we can get that, the parameters of bolt and anchor cable is reasonable, the strength of coal pillar anchorage body is low, the width of coal pillar should be proper increased, the anchor supporting strength should be enhanced.
