All Rights Reserved. 2 Statement of Purpose 目的陈述 The purpose of the Design and Construction Standards for Crowne Plaza Hotels is to establish the acceptable standards for the architectural, engineering and systems design for hotels bearing the Crowne Plaza flag. The intent is not to create a standard design but rather one of quality and consistency. It will establish a defined level of guest expectation and a means to measure and maintain a basic level of quality at every Crowne Plaza Hotel. For potential investors and owners of Crowne Plaza properties this document defines the commitment to quality of Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts. Architects and other design professionals can use this ination as a guide in the design process for the construction and renovation of Crowne Plaza properties. Franchisees can refer to this document to establish the scope of work required for the conversion of existing properties to the Crowne Plaza flag. Building owners and their design professionals must meet or exceed these criteria. When specific design issues are not addressed, these Standards are to be used as a guide to establish design intent in order to develop innovative design solutions which meet or, as governed by market forces, exceed the intent of the Standards. Decor and FF a vicinity plan showing the site relative to surrounding points of interest such as airports, cultural centers, business office centers, tourist attractions, other hotels, etc.; and a basic program for the proposed structure including the total number of guestrooms and suites, the number of club floor guestrooms, the number and approximate square footage of each meeting space, the number and seat count of each restaurant and lounge, the proposed number of stories for the hotel, the approximate total building square footage and any other pertinent statistics. Each guestroom shall be provided with two separate telephone lines, and two, two- line telephones. 每间客房内要求有两条独立的电话线和两部双线电话. 3.
